Can I walk in without an appointment?
Escape rooms are by appointment. Appointments ensure that appropriate staffing is on-site for your game, and that your game is prepped and ready-to-go when you arrive.

Will I have to play with other people?

Can I bring food / drink into my experience?
We ask that no food or drink is taken with you into your game. Alcohol is not allowed to be consumed on site. You may play our games after consuming alcohol offsite, but we reserve the right to remove any players who are exceptionally intoxicated or we deem a threat to themselves, our employees, or our property.
Can I take photos or video?
Taking pictures and video during your experience is prohibited. We are happy to take your picture inside one of our rooms after your game is over, but media captured inside the room may spoil the game for future players. Please help keep our games mysterious and immersive for everyone!
Is the room actually locked?

How much does it cost?
The regular price of a ticket is $29.99.
Children under 8 can come along with you free of charge, provided there is a corresponding ticketed adult in the room for each child. Full pricing will be charged for each child with no equivalent paid participant. Please call us before booking your game so that we can add their spot to your reservation due to the maximum capacity of our games.
Are there any discounts?
Yes! We offer group discounts (please call us at (435) 315-3460 to inquire). We also occasionally send out exclusive discounts to our email list as well as posting promotions to our social media. Be sure to join our email list at the bottom of this page and like / follow us on Instagram and Facebook!
Are gift certificates available?
When should I arrive?
Please arrive five minutes before your booked appointment. All team members should be in the lobby at your booked time.
What happens if I show up late?
While we strive to provide you with the best and fullest experience, allowing late time to bleed into the next time slot would detract from the experience of other customers. That said, we may, in our discretion, allow you to continue into the next time slot provided it is not reserved and we do not have any walk-ins for the experience.
Please also keep in mind that your whole team should arrive on time to ensure that you receive your full experience. No refunds will be issued due to late arrival.
What is your cancellation / reschedule policy?
We are happy to provide a full refund or assist in rescheduling your group if you contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your reservation. Less than 48 hours in advance, we can reschedule you to a different time or provide you with credit for a future game, but no cash refund option is available. If cancelling within 4 hours of your appointment, no refund, reschedule, or credit will be issued as short notice appointment modifications do not allow sufficient time to re-fill the slot.
What is your no-show policy?
Tickets are non-refundable for no-shows, nor will credit or rescheduling be provided. If you have booked an experience and arrive with fewer players than you have booked for, no refunds will be issued for missing players. Tickets are only fully refundable outside of 48 hours of the time of your appointment, and are only able to be rescheduled or provided with credit with ample notification within the 48 hour period.
